This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights when you use our Education Payment Services. It supplements the general ClickToPay Privacy Policy and, in case of any conflict concerning education payments, this Policy shall prevail.

  • Payers: Individuals (students, parents, guardians) who initiate education fee payments through ClickToPay.
  • Beneficiaries: Educational institutions, coaching centres, or other entities that receive education-related payments via ClickToPay.
  • Authorised Representatives: Any person acting on behalf of a payer or beneficiary.

The Education Payment Services include:

  • Making one-time or recurring credit card payments for tuition, admission fees, examination fees, hostel fees, and other approved educational expenses.
  • Managing payment receipts, transaction history, and related communications.

When you register for or use the Education Payment Services, we may collect:

  • Identity & Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and residential address.
  • KYC Information: PAN, Aadhaar number (for identity verification), and proof of identity/address as required under applicable laws.
  • Educational Institution Details: Name of the institution, student ID / roll number, class/course details, and any reference numbers provided by the institution.
  • Payment Information: Credit card details (card number, expiry, CVV – collected securely through payment gateways), billing address, and transaction amounts.
  • Communications: Records of your interactions with our customer support team.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Education Payment Services, we automatically collect:

  • Log Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, and timestamps.
  • Usage Data: Pages or screens visited, features used, transaction history, and referral sources.
